Let’s get more dementia-friendly radios into the hands of the people who need them most - whether in care homes, community groups or family homes.

Our mission is to provide direct access to Dementia Friendly Radio and other supportive stations, to help reduce isolation and bring comfort through music to those living with dementia.

Just donate £100 which will cover a DAB radio sent directly to a person, family or community group and a contribution to MDFR’s running costs (50%)

Why does it matter? Music can reduce agitation, spark memories and lift mood for people living with dementia. Radios are simple, familiar technology that helps listeners to connect with something positive everyday.
