Why did you get involved with Merseyside Dementia Friendly Radio?
I saw a post on Instagram looking for presenters and thought that looks exactly like my cup of tea as I love chatting, music and helping people!
Tell me a little about your show.
It's really simple I take a word or a theme like animals/colours/days of the week and play a selection of songs with them in the title. I like to think it works very much like a quiz where people are guessing what might come next. Hopefully people learn a little bit about me and the songs as we go!
Favourite song or first song you bought?
My favourite song is "Sit Down" by James, as my regular listeners will know :)
What is your best musical experience?
Seeing Coldplay at the Royal Albert Hall, as a pre-wedding treat, with my wife Katie in 2014
Favourite biscuit
Am I allowed to go for a Jaffa Cake?! The original official ones are made in Stockport just like me!
